Job Responsibilities:

  1. Develop, track, and manage a healthy sales pipeline within Qatar’s market; optimize sales strategies and execution plans.

Job Responsibilities:

1. Lead Generation & Prospecting

  • Identify and qualify new business opportunities through cold calling, emails, LinkedIn outreach, and networking.
  • Research and target key decision-makers in mid-to-large enterprises.
  • Develop and maintain a steady pipeline of prospects for ERP and cloud solutions.

2. Initial Client Engagement & Qualification

  • Conduct introductory sales calls to understand potential clients’ needs and challenges.
  • Educate prospects on Kingdee’s ERP and cloud offerings, aligning solutions with business goals.
  • Use qualification frameworks to assess potential leads.

3. Sales Collaboration & CRM Management

  • Work closely with the Sales and Marketing teams to ensure a smooth transition of qualified leads.

  • Provide feedback on market trends, customer pain points, and competitor insights.

Qualifications & Requirements:

  1. 2-3 years of experience in sales development, lead generation, or business development (preferably in SaaS, ERP, or IT solutions).
  2. Education: Bachelor’s degree in Business, IT, or a related field.
  3. Strong communication and interpersonal skills to engage senior executives.
  4. Results-driven mindset with a focus on KPIs (calls, emails, meetings booked, conversion rates).
  5. Experience with CRM software (Salesforce, HubSpot, or similar).

  • Drive direct and channel sales to promote Kingdee ERP solutions within the Thailand market.
  • Achieve assigned sales targets in alignment with the company’s overall sales and marketing strategy.

  • Minimum 3 years of B2B work experience, preferably with sales experience in ERP or SaaS.
  • Existing ERP-related client resources will be a strong advantage.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills. Proficiency in both English and Thai(spoken and written) is required. Chinese spoken is a plus.

  •  Achieve assigned sales targets in accordance with the company’s marketing and sales plan.

Qualifications & Requirements:

Job Responsibilities:

  • Identify, recruit, and onboard new channel partners to expand Kingdee’s reach in the SME, ME segments.
  • Develop and maintain strong relationships with existing partners, ensuring alignment with business objectives and revenue targets.
  • Drive partner enablement initiatives, including training, sales workshops, and joint marketing activities to enhance partner capabilities.
  • Co-develop business plans with partners and support execution to achieve mutually agreed KPIs.
  • Monitor partner performance metrics (pipeline, deal registration, revenue contribution) and recommend corrective actions where necessary.
  • Collaborate with internal sales, marketing, and technical teams to provide partners with the tools and resources needed to succeed.
  • Manage partner communications, including newsletters, product updates, and incentive programs.
  • Ensure partner compliance with Kingdee’s channel policies and agreements.

Requirements:

  • Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, IT, or related field.
  • 4+ years of experience in channel sales, partner management, or enterprise software sales.
  • Strong knowledge of ERP, cloud software, or digital transformation solutions is highly preferred.
  • Proven track record of building successful channel ecosystems and delivering results through indirect sales.
  • Excellent interpersonal, negotiation, and presentation skills.
  • Self-motivated, proactive, and results-oriented, with strong organizational and multitasking abilities.
  • Comfortable working in a fast-paced, entrepreneurial environment.
